The Web 2.0 revolution has enveloped China. Hoping to tap into the potential revenue vein, Focus Media has installed more than 80,000 LCD screens in hotels, shopping malls and elsewhere in China. The LCD screens aren't linked into a network. That would make it a TV network and the government would monitor it. So people go around on bikes and change the memory cards.
