Say goodbye to the fancy-schmancy 3D graphics of today's computer games and say hello to good, old-fashioned nerdy fun. Nethack is a classic, text-based RPG game that allows you to waste plenty of time hacking and slashing around ASCII dungeons. And believe it or not, this ASCII game may well be one of the most challenging games you will ever play.

Your console awaits. The difficulty of Installing Nethack will depend upon the operating system you are installing it on. For the Linux operating system (my operating system of choice) you will need to run either of the follow commands (as root): yum install nethack or apt-get install nethack.
