Provide credentials for a user with rights to the printer
Note that there is a link that allows you to install the iPrint client onto your workstation if you have not yet done so.
Click on the name of the printer you would like to install. When prompted, on the screen shown above, provide credentials for a user with rights to the printer. Check the box next to Remember My Password if you don't want to do this again.
