When the process is complete, you'll see the last installation screen, which congratulates you on a successful installation and prompts you to reboot your system. The first thing you see upon a reboot is the GRUB boot loader, with the single option you see above. Of course, if you're dual (or triple, or quadruple, or whatever-ple) booting, you'll see other options on the screen, too.
