Photos: The making of Maker Faire

The large-scale human figures that have become the signature art pieces of Dan Das Mann and Karen Cusolito are often made using recycled chains, hooks and other industrial detritus. Here, as they erect their pieces at Maker Faire, they've got some of the chains lined up on the ground prior to installing them in the sculpture.
