Photos: 'Tech or treat'

That's not a pumpkin, it's an Apple! There's something special about card-carrying members of the Mac fan club. Alan Abilla of Antioch, Calif., will use any medium to share his Apple enthusiasm, even the quintessential autumnal squash. Abilla carved Apple's logo out of the pumpkin's lid, and hatched a giant "X" on the face (as in OS X) to cheer on the release of Leopard, Apple's latest operating system. Abilla edited the image using iPhoto, from his new MacBook, but confesses he took the shot with a regular digital camera. The iPhone purchase comes next.
