At first I thought that Faststone was trying to cram too much into Image Viewer by allowing images to be emailed through it. I mean, isn't that what e-mail clients are for?

But after checking it out I realized that Image Viewer doesn't just e-mail the images, but also compresses them to a manageable size and quality beforehand.

You can also use the Copy To button to save the compressed image somewhere else if you aren't going to e-mail them right away.
