Photos: Laptop repair by UPS?
These computers have all been returned by customers to the retailers where the products were purchased. Now, Toshiba has its UPS logistics partner run diagnostic tests on the machines to be sure they're in working shape. Once they've passed the tests, they will be boxed up and sold as refurbished models.
