Electronic displays--very large electronic displays--are helping to transform billboards from jumbo paper placards into big-screen extravaganzas bursting with colors. It's not just a feast for the eyes; these video systems are also a hot new commodity in the global IT market.

One of the companies contending in the field is LG CNS, the consulting and services arm of the South Korean electronics giant. The company recently completed the installation of one such video display for the T-Box Digital Exhibition Center in Guangzhou, China, seen here by daylight.
