The corkscrew-shaped handles of Cantu's utensils hold aromatic herbs such as oregano. Another Cantu creation is a plastic-like pouch that cooks food in several minutes in an oven. Once removed, the bag stays cool enough to touch on the outside, but can retain heat inside for several hours, keeping its contents warm.
Through the work of his brain lab, Cantu Designs, the inventor hopes to sell his mini-oven and multipurpose kitchen tools in big-name houseware stores.
