This salad dressing mixer isn't all that different from the handheld mixers that have been around for years. But the 12-oz carafe it comes with is its coolest feature. The carafe comes with fill lines and ingredients for common dressings printed on the side, forgoing the need for measuring cups. The battery-powered mixer is fitted so chefs can emulsify dressings right in the carafe they serve from. It also comes with an air-tight lid for easy storage of leftover dressing.
