Here, you are prompted to enter your SMTP details for your mail server. This is for the mail alert daemon to be able to alert you via e-mail as necessary. However, note that you can safely skip this portion, especially if you intend to leverage its OOB (Out-of-band) text messaging alert feature instead of email. It is a simple matter to configure this later on.
