Included with the Pulse is a set of earbuds that contain microphones for recording audio. By mimicking the human ear and recording from two separate channels, sound recorded in a crowded setting is easier to decipher. The smart pen will come in two versions, a $149 model with 1GB of memory and a $199 version that will have 2GB of memory.
