Photos: Science museum begins exhibit installations
It's taken 10 years to get to this point, but the new California Academy of Sciences building in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park is beginning to install some of its exhibits. Pictured here is the rain forest exhibit, for which seven trees were brought in recently from Florida. The trees cost about $300,000 to grow, maintain, ship, and install, according to museum spokeswoman Stephanie Stone.
